High School Prom | Folly Beach, SC | Mroz Sneak Peeks |

When your niece and nephew ask you to come photograph their prom and you are available of course you say yes! We made an entire weekend family trip out of it and had so much fun. Friday night we took Logan’s senior portraits on Folly Beach and all the family came along. Saturday morning we got to cheer Michaelene on as she did the Cooper River Bridge Run. She did awesome and we loved being there to support and encourage her.

After the bridge run we were off to the races for a marathon of a day. We started off at the hair salon to get Taylor’s hair done. Then we headed for Folly Beach to fight the traffic and get her to her beach house on time to get ready.

Speaking of beach houses…prom is so different than when I was in high school. It is a big deal! Taylor and her junior classmates/friends rented a beach house on Folly, and our nephew Logan and the seniors were right down the street in their own beach house. So much fun for the kids!

Back to the marathon…we finally got through the traffic and to the beach house where Taylor ran in to get her makeup done by CeCe and friends. Then it was time to get dressed for everyone.

My girls loved watching their cousin Taylor getting ready. I could not help but get a little emotional thinking one day (before I even know it) they will be doing this. Cue the tears!

After we finished at Taylor’s prom beac house it was time to head over to our nephew Logan!

When we arrived he was already dressed and looking so handsome!

After some fun it was time to get the portraits going, starting with the corsage and boutonnière.

What can ya say here other than…total brother thing!

I might be biased but they sure are a great looking couple!!!

Logan, when did you grow up and become this handsome young man? We are so proud of you buddy!

Thank y’all for allowing me to capture such precious moments in your lives! It was an honor (not to mention emotional seeing y’all all grown up)!
