It feels crazy to even type out the title First Birthday and Cake Smash with Jax to this post! It feels like just yesterday I was photographing this little guy in his mommas belly!

Currently Jax is walking and starting to talk. He loves trucks, cars, balls and anything outside especially the water!

We started the first birthday session on their beautiful family farm land.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][imageeffect image=”4073″ overlay_state=”hover” lightbox=”yes” target=”_self”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Like mom, Jamie said, “Jax wasnt in the mood for too many family shots, but he sure did good stealing the thunder by himself:)” so we went with the flow and focused on the birthday boy and captured what we could with the family. The outfits and props mom picked out were perfect for this little guys session. I asked Jamie to tell me about the outfits she chose and she said “Smash cake session I had a cute argyle tie, diaper cover and an adorable matching birthday hat that said JAX and had the #1 on it. We also took some shots with him wearing a white polo and adorable blue, red plaid shorts!”. Loved them all! For props she said “We used balloons, his blue chair, white rocking chair and letters that spelled out the word ONE.” which were a great compliment to the birthday boy![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][imageeffect image=”4083″ overlay_state=”hover” lightbox=”yes” target=”_self”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]I asked mom, Jamie, how she felt the milestone package experience went overall and her response leaves me speechless and so appreciative!
“I love how Traci captured every moment. From my maternity pics all the way too my little mans 1 year old birthday party. She has managed to capture the true beauty and essence in every milestone throughout this 1st year. All of the pictures Traci has taken are beautiful and I hold them all near and dear to my heart. Pictures are a wonderful memory and because of Traci’s wonderful work, these memories are forever displayed in my heart!

Photographing Jax for his milestone’s has been a true honor and pleasure! I love this little boy so much and am thankful to have the joy of capturing him!!
